Kathleen Spivack is the author of ten books of prose and poetry (Doubleday, Graywolf, Knopf, others). Her most recent are Unspeakable Things, a novel (Alfred A. Knopf, 2016), and With Robert Lowell and His Circle: Plath, Sexton, Bishop, Kunitz & Others, (University of New England Press. 2012). She has had awards from the Fulbright Commission, National Endowment for the Arts, Mass Arts Councils, 92Y's Discovery Contest, the Radcliffe Institute, Yaddo, MacDowell, Ragdale, American Academy in Rome and others. Kathleen teaches in the Boston area and in France.
